Multi-currency Denominated Platform (MCD)

Overview

The Multi-Currency Denominated Platform (MCD) is a new market segment launched by the Rwanda Stock Exchange that enables securities to be issued and traded in multiple currencies, not just the Rwandan franc (RWF). This innovation is designed to attract a broader range of local, regional, and international issuers and investors by giving flexibility in currency choice.
